Jacky Xiao
CO-PRESIDENT
A passionate officer in many clubs, co-founder of Citizens of Tomorrow, Jacky leads the technology , public relationship and marketing division this year to support operation team and ensure COT provides valuable and memorable weekly sessions to both volunteers and students. Jacky has also developed 15+ automations for COT IT department. Jacky is very proud to be part of this successfully student led non-profit organization

Selina Wang
CO-PRESIDENT
Selina is a rising Senior at Highland Park High School, and this is her third year in COT. Last year Selina was the Director of Volunteering Management, she ensured that the host for every class had sent in their meeting links and that all classes can go smoothly. Outside of COT, she is the Fundraising Manager of the Youth Entrepreneur Society and the VP of Education for the Highland Park Youth Toastmasters. During her time at COT, Selina enjoyed this organization very much and she cannot wait for this wonderful new year!

Alice Cai
CO-PRESIDENT
As the president of the HR, Finance, and Admin division, Alice devotes her time to managing events and organization expansion as well as participating in weekly sessions to help students enhance their English communication skills. She hopes to positively impact her community through her hard work and leadership. In her free time, Alice enjoys playing the cello and drawing.

Julia Zhao
CO-PRESIDENT
As the President of Program Planning and Development at COT, Julia leads the development of weekly, targeted curriculums for Elementary, Teen, and Adult students from all around the world. She is in charge of editing curriculums, distributing monthly syllabi, as well as creating monthly assessment forms. She also teaches weekly classes in an innovative manner, striving to create an uplifting learning environment for those in need. In her free time, Julia enjoys reading, playing piano, and spending time with her dog.

Michelle Bao
Vice President
As a Vice President for Technology and Marketing for Citizens of Tomorrow, Michelle devotes her time to developing the website application and creating marketing campaigns for the organization. Additionally, she helps students enhance their English skills. Michelle’s interests align with her role as she dedicates time towards robotics, service, art and taekwondo.

As public relations director, Danica works to help promote Citizens of Tomorrow and maintain a positive view of the organization in the public eye. Through Citizens of Tomorrow, she hopes to help people get further on their language learning journeys.

Riley Yuan
Vice President
As Vice President of Operations, Riley works to train and manage volunteers, while also continuing to lead weekly sessions with students. She greatly enjoys her time spent with Citizens of Tomorrow and hopes to continue making learning English a great experience for both volunteers and students. Outside of Citizens of Tomorrow, Riley enjoys playing violin with the GDYO, competing in volleyball games and tournaments with the Hockaday Varsity Volleyball Team, and walking her dog, Snowy.

Crystal Zhang
Director Of Training
Crystal Shen is currently the Director of Training. She is responsible for hosting monthly meetings to refresh the expectations for hosts and co-hosts participating at Citizens of Tomorrow, as well as answer any questions regarding volunteer work. This year, Crystal is a senior at Plano West Senior High School, and is a drum major for her band. In her free time, she enjoys playing flute, bullet journaling, dancing, and playing tennis. This year, Crystal aims to commit more time and effort into assisting others to ensure even better learning experiences!

As the Director of Volunteers, Rose has been actively helping incoming volunteer with instructions and leading volunteers on the right path. Rose is a junior in Ursuline Academy and she is a part of the CCGD choir as well as an officer of the school’s robotics team.

Laura is a student at the Texas Academy of Math and Science. She is committed to closing the educational gap by advocating for equal access through organizations like She's the First and Girl Up. Minnie Zhou
Director of Advanced Elementary Program
As the director of Advanced Elementary Program Developing and Design, I design and create curriculums for elementary students，I also teaches elementary students weekly. Through Citizens of Tomorrow, I hope that I can help others to learn a new language, and letting other think that learning a new language can be fun. During my free time I often make wire jewelry such as ring and pendants, and is about to launch a online website for it.
