The 2023-2024 Citizens of Tomorrow (COT) End of Year Party took place at the Oak Point Parks and Recreation Center on June 23rd. Volunteers from across the area gathered to celebrate a year of achievements and reflect on the organization's many successes. The event began with final setup preparations and a chance for attendees to network.

The first part of the program featured summaries from each division, highlighting the impressive accomplishments and milestones reached over the past year. Each division shared their successes, and the summaries concluded on a high note, setting the stage for the award ceremony and senior recognition.

During the ceremony, many individuals were honored for their hard work and contributions throughout the year. Special recognition was given to the seniors of the 2023-2024 cohort, with heartfelt thanks and well-wishes for their upcoming college journeys. After the awards were presented and photos taken, attendees enjoyed a brief snack break.

The fun continued with team-building activities. The first game was an online Kahoot quiz, which encouraged friendly competition and collaboration, helping to break the ice and strengthen teamwork. Volunteers then enjoyed classic games like Jenga and Poker, creating lasting memories and further bonding with each other.

The event culminated with a group photo, capturing the entire team for a memorable keepsake. The officers then officially wrapped up the evening, and volunteers helped clean up the venue, ensuring a smooth and respectful end to the celebration.

As the 2023-2024 year came to a close, the COT community reflected on its accomplishments and looked forward to another successful year ahead in 2024-2025.
